Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We enjoyed the location, warm shower, comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchen and secure parking.

Negative: One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the washing machine amenity. We put in a load of laundry when we first arrived and after being gone 10 minutes we came back to a flooded floor. The property management team did not send someone to help that evening nor did they give us access to another unit to finish our laundry, so we spent hours that evening sopping up water from the floor so there wouldn’t be permanent damage and dragging wet clothes to a laundry mat to finish our clothes. We could not use the washer for the entire week of our stay. They did offer a bit of a refund for our stay but we feel like the situation could have been handled MUCH BETTER. The other issue we encountered is that although the unit can sleep four people, there is a tiny two person couch in the living room so we ended up using a beach chair so we could watch a movie - just inconvenient and uncomfortable.
