The Space:
This relaxing cabin is situated on an expansive 20-acre ranch featuring over 250 fruit and vegetable trees, a private lake, and a majestic river that passes through, providing an ideal setting for connecting with nature, leisurely nature walks or bike rides. You'll find yourself just a 30-minute drive from downtown Valle de Bravo, where you can fully immerse yourself in all the wonderful attractions the city has to offer.
The exterior of the cabin is one of the best parts of the property. The wrap-around deck has a small table and chairs where you can sit back and take in the stunning surrounding nature. There’s also a shaded patio with a BBQ where you can grill up some tasty treats and then enjoy them at the picnic table.
The main space of the cabin features a simple kitchen outfitted with the basics, a breakfast bar for sit-down meals that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed, and a pair of cushioned benches for relaxing indoors.
If you’d like to hire a private cook, one can be arranged with prior notice, just let us know!
There are 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double, and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on a sprawling 20-acre ranch which is home to over 250 fruit and vegetable trees, as well as a private lake and a flowing river, perfect for enjoying walks or bike rides in the middle of nature. You’ll be about a 30-minute drive to the heart of downtown Valle de Bravo where you can enjoy all the amazing things that the city has to offer.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Aeropuerto Internacional de Toluca (AIT), about 80 km or 50 miles away. If you are arriving by car, there is parking for 2 vehicles on the premises.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
A private cook can be provided for an extra fee. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- This is a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed on the furniture/beds, or you will incur a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
Please let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours beforehand. Someone from the local team will be there to welcome you.
