Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is the Oaxaca International Airport, and it’s about 12 km or 7.5 miles away. There’s parking space for 2 vehicles at the property, one indoor and one outdoor, if you’re arriving by car. Should you prefer leaving your vehicle behind, convenient options like UBER or DIDI are readily available.

There is no daily housekeeping, however, if you’d like to have the home cleaned during your stay, you can add this for an extra fee. Let us know if you require a mid-stay cleaning prior to your arrival or at least 48 hours in advance.

There is a drought in the region, which means the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
If you have to turn on the water pump, do not let it run for more than 15 minutes or the cistern might empty.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
