The unit has a full kitchen, living/dining room and half bathroom on the main floor. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. The top floor is a large master bedroom, full bathroom and huge deck with 180 degree view of the Manzanillo Bay.
The complex's large pool consists of a whirlpool, waterfall, kiddie pools, tanning pool and swim up bar. There is food and drink service at the pool Thursday through Sunday. Available for guest use are tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, soccer nets and beach volleyball. Under a large palapa is a games area, ice chest and the possibility of a relaxing massage from the therapists who make visits regularly.
The unit has been a well maintained vacation home for over 10 years for a pair of Canadian Snowbirds who can't spend as much time down south as they used to.
