Seasonal Sand Berms
Like many neighboring coastal communities, the City periodically builds seasonal sand berms along the shoreline to help protect against coastal tides and winter storms. While this is an oceanfront home, ocean views and direct beach access may occasionally be affected depending on the size and location of these berms.
Property Layout
This rental includes the second and third levels of a duplex property. The ground-floor level is occupied by a long-term tenant. Please note that the boardwalk patio is not included with this rental.
Staircase/Accessibility
Please note that the home has two sets of stairs. One staircase leads from the front entrance to the main living area, and a second staircase provides access to the loft from either the garage or the second floor.
Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
Air Conditioning
This home does not have central air conditioning. However there is 1 window AC unit in the primary bedroom. Fans are provided for your comfort, and additional portable air conditioning units may be rented locally for approximately $399 if extra cooling is desired.
Parking
Guests have access to the private two-car garage accommodating cars up to 17 feet long. Street Parking is also available for oversized vehicles.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are located inside the home for your convenience. Four single-use laundry detergent packets are provided.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
Available upon request with at least 48 hours notice and subject to availability.
Noise Disclaimer
This home is located within an active beachfront community. Guests may occasionally experience noise from beachgoers, neighboring homes, municipal services, construction, vehicle traffic, air traffic. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or reservation cancellations.
Fireplaces
Both fireplaces are non-operational. Please do not attempt to use them.
Quiet Hours
Per the City's Good Neighbor Policy, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted during these hours. Please review all House Rules prior to booking.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at this property. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Unauthorized pets will result in a $2,500 charge plus applicable fees.
