Tulum is a destination that is currently experiencing real estate growth, so it is important that you know that in all areas there are constructions around and there may be dirty roads.
Construction hours are typically 9am to 5pm, but may occasionally be extended from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Depending on the stage of construction, there may be loud and disturbing noise.

-FAUNA-
In Tulum we have a great diversity of species such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents and insects.
Due to the vegetation we have, the climate, and the constructions, you may find some visitors, this has nothing to do with dirt, far from it, they are simply in their habitat that they share with us, they are not dangerous.
