Getting around is quick and easy. The apartment is situated between major access highways: 290 (south) and Mopac (west) as well as major local road Lamar, with great food and shopping all around. Downtown Austin is just 3.5 miles down the road. There is FREE parking on-premise.

This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may go out if overused, but rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on daily inspection
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as noise detector inside the property.
