Patio also has 55 inch TV, which only a few condos have. The living room, dining room and kitchen all face the ocean based on the open floor plan. Everything is included in condo, with full access to all pools, and gym. Quick access to elevator, makes it easy to go up and down to pool, and covered garage parking. The 12th floor provides great views, as well as great privacy while relaxing on patio. We can hold up to 7 guests. Minimum age of one checking in, 25 years old. The first 6 are included in price. For the additional 7th, you have to pay $35 per night to Las Palomas at check in.
