First floor has 2 bedrooms....a queen bedroom and a larger bedroom with a queen bed, sofa (with queen pull out) and a large TV with a gaming system for the kids. One full bath is on this floor too. 2nd Floor has the great room (living, dining room and kitchen) with sliders out to a covered deck. There is also a King bedroom master suite on this floor, with it's own private bathroom. 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms. One is the other Master bedroom with a King bed and private deck and bathroom. The middle bedroom has 2 single beds while the last bedroom has 2 queen beds. These 2 bedrooms will share a hall bathroom. The best amenity is a private pool in the backyard.
