Located on a very private one acre and cul-de-sac in the lovely Hansom Hills community (near Rt 114 and Stephen Hands Path) .
Excellent central location - very close to East Hampton Village/beaches/vineyards.
Large Great Room: high ceiling - sliders to deck/pool - ceiling fan - wood burning fireplace - large farm table (seats 8)
Primary bedroom: king bed - high tray ceiling - 65 inch tv - walk-in closet
Primary bath: double sink vanity - separate oversized shower - jetted jacuzzi tub - separate toilet room.
Two guest bedrooms: 1. Back bedroom - can be set up as 2 twin beds or combined as king, flat screen Apple TV, en-suite bath, and 2. Front bedroom- 2 twin beds.
4th bedroom/den: double sofa bed - pocket doors for privacy - 55 inch TV
Other house info: washer/dryer on main floor for ease - Flat Screen TV’s in Primary, Guest Back Bedroom and 4th bedroom/den - central heat/air with Nest Thermostat- Fully equipped kitchen - both coffee pot and pod coffee makers and Vitamix ( good for smoothies).
