Private 2 bedroom home less than 5 blocks from the UOFA! Beautiful hardwood floors, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, smart TV, high speed wifi, coffee and tea bar, queen size memory foam beds in each room with a chest and nightstand, cozy backyard with a hammock and gas BBQ. On site parking. Walk 10 minutes to the city trolley that will take you downtown, Mercado San Agustin, 4th Ave, Main gate square, and the University of Arizona
Very comfortable home built in 1935 with updated kitchen and bathroom less than 5 blocks from the University of Arizona. Bedrooms boast queen 14" memory foam beds with a chest of drawers and nightstand in each room. Bathroom features a rainfall showerhead with removable shower head, and custom vanity. The kitchen has stainless steel updated appliances and all the amenities you need to enjoy a homecooked meal, then enjoy it on the wood dining room table. The living room will not let you down on comfort. Relax on the leather couch with recliners on both ends of the couch or the leather loveseat. Custom built coffee table with storage and a smart TV with NETFLIX, Amazon prime, and Youtube capabilities ( please use your own logins) . Need to work? Use the bonus room with a desk and rolling desk chair or use the oversized leather chair in the reading nook.
You will have access to private parking that can accommodate three vehicles. It is a single wide driveway so multiple vehicles will have to park in a single file. The driveway is also a little bit narrow and there is a water spigot on the right side of the driveway so please pull in and out of the driveway cautiously. The front door has keyless entry for your convenience. The neighborhood is centrally located and close to everything! Walk to the UOFA, Circle K, 7/11, and many restaurants. There is a fry's grocery store and a CVS drugstore that you can drive to in under 5 minutes.
No smoking inside, you may smoke outside if you like. The home is backed onto Park Ave so there is some traffic during the day and lots of students walking to and from school. It is quiet inside the house but it should be noted this is an active neighborhood. Message me if you have more than 4 guests and I will communicate with you on a possible accommodation. Security camera viewing the front and back door outside view only. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan but there is a window that can be opened if you like.
The neighborhood is great for walking, biking, and driving. There are always electric scooters around the neighborhood for rent as well.
