Summary: Nothing stood out; this hotel needs significant updates and remodeling. My room, #102, had a peeling ceiling, which I later learned. There was a severe water leak. I told the front desk staff they should have reduced my cost. His response was that, because I used a 3rd party, he couldn't. I am not returning.
