BR#2 on middle level with full bath, deck with view of the bay, smart TV (sleeps 2), BR#3 has queen size bed, window seat, smart TV and next to the hall bath (sleeps 2). BR#4 has full and twin beds, smart TV (sleeps 3), BR#5 has full bed with a roll out trundle bed, smart TV, (sleeps 3). Bonus Room: Two sofa/sleepers with queen pull out beds. Oversized chair/pull out bed (Bonus room sleeps 5). Two large decks with amazing bay views. New carpets in all bedrooms (2024). Parking for 6 cars (rare in SIC!). Extra refrigerator in oversized garage is nice for packing cooler for the beach!
