Summary: This was our second stay at the Sonesta in Burlington, however this time was not nearly the same positive experience. The room was dirty upon arrival and as we arrived very late, there was nothing they could do. The couch was filthy and there was food and dirt in the cushions. There was food left in the cabinets, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and even a dirty pan left inside the oven. The shower was filthy and the water wouldn't drain, and there were no extra linens for the pull out couch. Finally, the pool was out of order.
