Divine colonial-style house in Cuernavaca with 5 rooms, all with private bathroom, a large garden and heated pool.
Located in an exclusive residential area, but at the same time very close (walking distance) to the most interesting shops, such as Superama, Costco, City Market, among others.
Half a block from Río Mayo and Av. Teopanzolco and a few blocks from Plaza Cuernavaca. Just a short walk is the archaeological zone, Teopanzolco Cultural Center and the Paseo de Reforma park.
The Space:
This hacienda-type house, due to its architecture and design, has 5 rooms, all with private bathrooms, plus two additional half bathrooms in the common areas.
It has a large garden and two terrace areas to have a snack or eat and continue enjoying the garden.
The pool is heated by solar panels that reaches a temperature of up to 27ºC. If you require a higher temperature, we have a heater for an additional cost to reach 28º to 30º.
If you want it, it will be necessary to request it and it will have a charge of an additional $900 per day.
There is excellent WiFi throughout the house, TV area and game room with pool and board games.
We have personnel that will help you cook and clean the rooms daily. This service is already included in your rate!
It has covered parking and camera security 24/7.

We have a grill that is at your service. It is necessary to bring your own charcoal and the delicious ingredients with which you want to make your barbecue.
We take care of cleaning it so that the next guest will find it clean again.

The service personnel, Marlene and Héctor, will be there at all times, who will be able to help you in whatever is necessary.
In case you require food preparation, it will be necessary to bring your own supplies and the staff will help you cook. By the way, Marlene cooks splendidly!
