This is an ocean view home, ideal for large groups or families. The four large bedrooms have ample room for groups up to 14. The house is located 10 miles south of Rosarito Beach, 1/4 mile north of Puerto Nuevo, which is known as the lobster village. Just 10 minutes from Baja Studios. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Wine country is 30 minutes away, in the nearby Guadalupe Valley. This comfortable 2 story house includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The deck/patio provides a spectacular view and sun bathing. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace and wood burning bar b que. The game room has a bar and the house has a pool table, ping pong table and foosball table. The master bedroom has a king pillow top bed, 2 rooms have queen and bunk beds, last room has queen and two twin beds. Plenty of room for the kids. Linens are provided and for your own comfort please bring towels.
