RESERVATION DETAILS:
Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. You must book a multiple of 7 day stays e.g 7 days, 14 days, etc. starting on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday only.
Full Payment required at time of booking.
Reservations can be rescheduled up to 90 days before stay.
Please also note: VRBO is charging travelers a mandatory 16% Mexican VAT Tax payable at the time of booking. This charge is in ADDITION to the base rental charge and is passed through to the Mexican government. There is also an additional booking fee charged by VRBO paid by the traveler at the time of booking.

The 2 bed 2 bath unit has two master king suite rooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, desk and chair, a sofa, and it's own en suite bathroom with a great shower, jetted tub. double sinks, closets and a safe.
The main living area consists of two large sofas that can be turned into beds to accommodate 2 more adults. Each sofa has a pull out, twin size cot perfect for 2 kids. This area also has a dining room table with seating for 4, and a television.
The clean, modern, granite kitchen has a 4 burner cook-top, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, bar-ware, etc to make cooking in your unit convenient. It has cabinets for storage and features a tall bar with 3 stools for eating or entertaining.
The large, expansive deck includes 4 loungers and a plunge pool. The views from your deck are great both day and night. Both king bedrooms and the living room connect to this deck area.
Other Amenities include:
An Exclusive Spa called "Brio spa" - only accessible, incuding a cardio room, a weight room, and yoga room. Classes are offered daily for a small fee. There is also a smoothie bar near by ready to make fruit and protein shakes.
The new LAKES 10 hole par 3 night golf course costs $59 per round.
An entertainment center with nightly programming from 7pm until 1am named "The Santuario," where you can see live music, a violinist, mariachi performers, dancers, and more.
A pre-paid meal plan arranged shortly after the time of booking can give you an additional $300-$500 to spend per week- if you are interested, please reach out and we will see what Vidanta is offering at the time.
