Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location for my classes.

Negative: Low water pressure. No insulation between floors, coupled with heavy metal furniture means year hear your upstairs neighbor walk across the floor and their pulling a char out to sit is enough to wake you. So be kind to your downstairs neighbor by lifting your chair if you need to move it, perhaps keeping your soft sole shoes on when you’re up early or late. Some construction noise 2 lots over.

Summary: Not far from beach. Nice location
