Summary: Walking in the building smelled strong of chemicals, no exception for the room, I fought migraines (due to the strength of scent) Breakfast was NOT diabetic friendly, only boiled eggs for Protein. Cleanliness could have used some more thorough cleaning which seemed bizarre considering the powerful chemical scent.
Day 2 I asked if there were other options for breakfast, the answer was no.
There was a loud booming noise like a car door sound or a gun shot that happened every 30 minutes, keeping us awake and startling our infant.
At the end of the stay I told the worker at the desk about our concerns and he didn't seem to understand, or care. Asking me if I had talked with the front desk before... My answer was no because at the beginning of our stay they said this was the only room that met our specifications. In the future we won't recommend or stay again.
We forgot to mention a wet spot on the carpet next to the wall and window the entire stay. (2 nights)

Summary: Pool was broken and closed. Using the pool was the only reason we chose this hotel in the first place. The first room we were given had a broken toilet, and we had to be moved to a different room. The breakfast was subpar and had few choices. We were disappointed in the stay and won't be staying here again.

Summary: The overall appearance of the hotel was okay except the dirty elevator. When I got to the room it appeared okay abd the bed clean and comfortable. BUT, when I looked at the desk, it looked like it could collapse. I wouldnt even set my purse on it. The fabric on the back of the chair was dirty and then I went to the wash basin and started to throw something in the trash and there was a bunch of hair. It looked like someone cleaned out their hair brush. By that time is was late and I had an early morning, so let it slide. Ivdud let the staff at the desk know when I left. On a positive the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast room was clean and well stocked.

Summary: We got a downstairs room right by the exit door. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.
