With views of the San Jacinto Mountains, you will find relaxation in the outdoor living and dining area, enjoy a dip in the pool, and for entertainment, spend quality time around the firepit or playing ping-pong.

The central location of The Pom Pom House gives you easy access to downtown Palm Springs and all area attractions. Including some of our favorite restaurants; Workshop Kitchen, Mr. Lyons, 4 Saints, Rooster and the Pig and Birba, and the Palm Springs classic Melvyn's. Just down the street is an amazing hike to a waterfall at Tahquitz Canyon Trail and our favorites Palm Canyon Trail, Andreas Canyon, and Murray Canyon. If it's too hot out, you can always go to the Palm Springs Museum of Art. Pioneertown, CA, and Joshua Tree, CA are just a 40-minute drive. Stop by Pappy and Harriets for BBQ or hike in the Joshua Tree National Forest and witness the awe-inspiring boulders guarded by the world-famous Joshua trees. Or hit up Two Bunch Palms in Hot Springs, CA for a relaxing day at the natural hot springs. There is something for everyone in Palm Springs and possibly too much to list in one place. Guests have access to the entire property and home. Parking is available in the half-circle driveway. The garage is locked and off-limits.
The vintage wood paneled sunroom will bring you back to the nineteen sixties, hop on a stool and belly to the bar, or have fun making cocktails for your crew. The sunroom’s 8-foot wide sliding doors open to the resort-like backyard and pool. Outside there are many spots to choose from to relax, including the outdoor living room, the large outdoor dining table, or the lounge chairs by the pool, or if you have skills… stage a ping pong tournament! The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with all the tools needed to cook a fantastic meal for your crew. The main bedroom suite with a king bed and has its private bathroom with 8-foot sliding doors overlooking the outdoor living room, the backyard with a gas fire pit, and the pool. The VIP bedroom suite with a queen bed also has a bathroom with a tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed across the hall from the third bathroom.
In addition to the driveway, there is a good amount of street parking. We suggest taking Lyft or Uber to get around locally if you don't have a car. But a rental car may be best if you plan to travel across the city often during your stay. Bike rentals are also available.
Please be informed of the following:
-Pool Service is conducted every Tuesday and Friday at 10 am.
-The Gardener comes every Friday morning.
-Pest control comes every 2nd Friday of the month, between 9 am - 12 pm.
-Garbage pick-up every Friday of the week.
-Pool heat is available in the winter and spring months. ($65/day multiplied by the number if days of your stay) Hot tub heat is included.
-The City of Palm Springs does not allow any amplified music at all. Playing amplified music will result in the early termination of your stay.
-All linens & hard surfaces are sanitized. We use ALL GREEN & ORGANIC non-toxic cleaning products and toiletries.
-To connect to the EV charger, you need to provide your cable that has to fit in a NEMA 14–50 plug. It is a 50-amp circuit
