This single level home is filled with multiple seating areas for the whole family. The large main living room is equipped with a sectional couch, large smart TV, desk and comfortable office chair.
There is an additional living room space with a sofa, two sitting chairs, and plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy. There is a guest bathroom off of this space.
The kitchen has recently been updated and has everything needed to make a delicious meal for the whole family.
The home has two queen bedrooms that both have dressers and closets for clothing storage. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, walk in closet, walk in shower, and dual sink vanity.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
