Tranquility on the Canal is a 3/2 duplex, freshly revovated, and equipped with all the comforts of home. This duplex is the perfect place for winter respite. You can enjoy the lovely patio facing the canal and fish right off the dock. Watch the seabirds fly and the fish jump while you sip morning coffee or evening wine. The grocery is a 7-minute walk away, the beach a 7-minute drive. You are fifteen minutes from shopping malls, outlets, and Port Aransas.
This spacious, warm, and cozy duplex has everything you need. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with Dish cable and Netflix, and free wifi. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with all modern appliances, including coffee maker, and plenty of dishware, cookware, and utensils for dining in. You'll sleep comfortably on the brand new beautifully dressed king bed and enjoy plenty of room for your belongings in the large walk-in closet. The bedroom also includes a TV. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
There's room for the kids and grandkids to come visit. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunks for the kids.
