Positive: Location, views, comfortable main bed

Negative: Really uncomfortable sofa - so bad it was unusable. Mattress in den was terrible. Flooring broken in kitchen, just covered with a rug. Bedside light didn’t work in main bedroom, and no main light so hard to see.

Summary: Great location, good base but they need to fix the obvious problems.
