Description:
This updated cabin style home has a warm Living room with a gas fireplace on a stone-face wall, Kitchen with updated cabinets and counters, and hot tub for those relaxing soaks in the summer or winter evenings. You will stay warm and toasty thanks to the remote-operated fireplace while watching your favorite TV show or movie on the Smart TV in the living room. The hot tub will grant you a view of the Heavens as you leisurely relax your muscles. This updated classic Sunriver cabin sits near bike trails and SHARC and the Village at Sunriver are just a short distance from your front door.
Main Floor:
The main floor has a Living space, Kitchen, Dining area, and Laundry Closet with a separate washer and dryer. There are also two bedrooms on the main floor.
Living:
Walking into the cabin, you'll be welcomed on the left by the living area. The beautiful stone-faced wall hosts the remote-operated gas fireplace. There is a welcoming, comfortable couch across from two high-back chairs, along with a Smart TV hooked to a Blu-Ray/DVD player. There is a library of movies as well as books.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a log-frame King bed, two nightstands with lamps, a Smart TV, and access to the Hot Tub via a sliding glass door. In-window air conditioning is available.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a Queen Sleigh bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a reading corner.
Kitchen:
The Kitchen has beautiful updated cabinets, backsplash and counters along with a gas oven and matching microwave and side by side refrigerator/freezer. The stainless dual sinks sits on the bar counter with two stools on the other side. There are plenty of cupboards for storage. A coffee grinder and maker await that morning riser.
Dining:
Off the end of the Kitchen is the dining area with an oval table for 6. There are two closets, one containing the Washer and Dryer for your laundry needs. The sliding glass door leads out to the deck with a gas grill and seating for Summer BBQs.
Upstairs Loft:
Up the stairs is a full bath and a set of twin beds plus a cubby with games and puzzles. The full bath has a shower/tub combo along with a single sink vanity.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
