Fully equipped and nicely decorated, spacious, good for families, friends or groups traveling together. Located on the ground floor, no need to climb up stairs, very convenient if you are carrying too much stuff or lots of luggage. Closed to the Club House that is equipped with gym, outdoor swimming pool, kids club, jogging track and picnic area with barbecue grill.
The condo's fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all new appliances such as stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave and espresso/coffee maker. You'll also find a variety of cookware, dining ware (plates, bowls, glasses, etc.) and flatware for a wonderful healthy home-cooked meal! The dining area is spacious with a dining table that can seat 4-6 people comfortably.
The master bedroom has a comfortable full-sized bed with fresh clean linens and its closet. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin-sized beds, clean fresh linens and its closet. Both rooms are equipped with A/C units and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms will sleep 4 as well as having a pull-out sofa to sleep 5 if desired. The bathroom is equipped with bath and hand towels and of course hot water! If you plan to go to the beach you don’t have to worry about renting beach towels, you’ll also find clean beach towels inside the closets.
The living room is a wonderful space to gather around and watch movies, videos or your favorite program using the flat screen and free WiFi provided. Dining and living area are also equipped with A/C unit and ceiling fan.
In the back of the condo you’ll find an outside spacious area for relaxing moments, breath fresh air, hang your cloths and towels. It is also equipped with washing machine.
As far as for parking, there is one space located just in front of the condo’s main door, thus returning from the beach, from a tour or from hanging out at night, you don’t have to worry about walking long distance from the parking lot.
The condo is located at driving distance of 5 minutes from stores, malls, restaurants and 15 minutes from the famous 5th avenue and the beach. There are many options in the area for day excursions such as deep-sea fishing, tours to places like the Ruins of Tulum, catamaran tours as well as the theme parks Xcaret and Xel-ha. Near downtown Playa you can catch a ferry out to Cozumel and check out this impressive little island, very well known for its scuba diving! Several cenotes are also in the surroundings.
