Stunning, modern, brand new one-bedroom condo with water views from the 9th floor, and spacious 200 square foot deck.
The building is a 59-story and 525-foot twisting tower designed by Danish architects; located in the Waterfront Beach District Neighbourhood in downtown Vancouver. It is a dynamic, inverted and top-heavy architectural structure. It has ultra-fast elevators, the fastest in Canada. A 25-metres pool, hot tub, and gym will be opening sometime in April 2020.
You will have complete privacy, but we will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
This condo is fully furnished and stocked with 6 appliances & fully loaded with everything that your will need for cooking in the kitchen. If you look down from the deck, you will see a great little local coffee shop, called Tartene's, they have freshly baked goods and a variety of other offers on their menu. On the ground level you will find Fresh Street Market which also has a nice coffee shop and baked goods; and London Drugs, all within a few steps away from the front door.
You will be close to major bus routes and a ten-minute walk to the Yaletown Skytrain Station, which connects you to the YVR Vancouver Airport in 25 minutes. The closest Aquabus pick-up station is a three-minute walk from the condo and it is located at the base of Hornby Street. Moreover, the 22-kilometres seawall is a two-minute walk from our condo.

If you walk out the front door of our building towards the water walk across the street you will see a great little local coffee shop Tartene's. They have fresh baked good and a variety of other items on their menu. Fresh Street Market is on the ground level of our building to the immediate right out of our building entrance and up the street 1/2 block. They also have a nice coffee shop with baked goods as soon as you enter their store. London Drugs is located around the corner on the back side of our building which is very convenient as you will find electronics, photo finishing, beauty supplies, pharmacy, food etc all under one roof.
You are just steps to major bus routes and an 10 minute walk to the Yaletown skytrain station. The closest Aquabus pick up station is a 3 minute walk from our condo & is located at the base of Hornby Street. You can catch the skytrain from inside the airport to the Yaletown station. A quick 10 minute walk to our condo from the skytrain. To get the 22km seawall you walk straight down the street and you will be at the water in 2-3 minutes
