Summary: Pros: - Evette was very easy to communicate with and responded right away - The kitchen was very well stocked - The beds in the upstairs bedrooms were comfortable - The bathrooms were newer and in great working condition - The water supply throughout the house got very hot really quickly and stayed hot - The backdoor leads directly to the condo's pool and stairs down to the beach - Great view of the beach from the patio, living room and master bedroom - Having a bathroom downstairs was great so we didn't have to keep going upstairs Cons: - The condo needs updating, especially the downstairs, which is the kitchen & living area where you spend most of your time if inside - The room with the murphy beds, listed as a sleeping area, is more like a storage room, I would never sleep in there or ask anyone to. - The couch was a large wrap around six-seater sectional but was falling apart and only had two comfortable seats - Insufficient seating for dining inside, only 3 chairs at the counter - No dust pan or functioning vacuum so cleaning up sand became a problem, we had to use paper plates as a dust pan - The downstairs area is painted in a very dark blue, making the entire living area feel dark and gloomy despite being at the sunny beach - No wash cloths provided - TVs upstairs did not work/wifi didn't reach upstairs - Lamps in bedrooms either didn't have light bulbs or functioning switches
