Villa Laguna is a beautiful house, 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms located in Laguna Shores with two COMMUNITY POOLS, one of the most exclusive high end communities in Rocky Point , Security gate at entrance 24hrs and a few minutes to the beach.
The house is in a private community that has its own restaurant (Infusion del Golfo). It is about 15 min away from the city but the community has everything you need to enjoy a nice vacation.
The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The kitchen table is right by the kitchen and it easily accommodates 4 guest.
Two of the bedrooms have beach view and have direct access to the terrace both of these have very comfortable king size beds. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a pull out twin bed underneath. There is a washer and dryer int he house for your use.
This community really has it all. A couple of houses down there is a pool that you can enjoy which has tables and lounge chairs. There is a charcoal BBQ grill located outside of the house. As you walk to the restaurant you will find a mini golf course. The restaurant has some delicious food for you and your family to enjoy. These are the activities that you can do when you stay at this house: Beach Volleyball, tennis court, Kayaks, Basketball court, Beach bike riding, Beach front tanning beds, Shell collecting, 5000ft Infinity pool, Beach walking , Clam digging and Gym.
