IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
• Garage and driveway parking available. Note that a part of the garage is being used as an owner storage (taped off) and the other part is open to guests (keypad access).
• The guests will have access to the entire property. Please make yourself at home!

This home is situated in Phoenix, the capital city of Arizona and is located in the central region of the state. People may know it for its year-round sun, desert beauty, and world-class resorts and golf, but as the fifth-largest city in the U.S it also offers sophisticated urbanscapes, southwest culture and lots of outdoor adventure
This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.
• The indoor fireplace is not functional. Please do not use it as it is fire hazard.
• The computer is a monitor with an HDMI that can be plugged into a laptop. The printers are all available minus the one in the room of the full bed.
• The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiringrepairs.
• Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony, patio, and pool area. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
