This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has 2 king beds & 2 twin beds. The kitchen, dining room & living room are open & have a vaulted ceiling to add to the spacious feel. The entire backside of the house has storm-strong sliding glass doors leading to the balcony that also spans the entire backside. The front of the house has a balcony with a bistro table & chairs to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee/tea. 2 kayaks & a paddle board are available or bring your own water toys & tie up to our dock. This is an elevated home with living quarters upstairs however there is a lift for those for whom stairs are a problem. We are close to a number of independent local restaurants, all the major big box stores as well as Weeki Wachee Springs & preserve.
