Our rental is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located one mile south of downtown Palm Springs in the exclusive, historic Mesa neighborhood (know as the wind-free zone and a great walking neighborhood).
Zen modern-style with a large salt water pool and in-ground spa on 1/4-acre completely walled lot. Two sets of French doors open to a large sunning patio with high end lounge chairs and outdoor dining set. Two queen beds located on either end of the house for privacy.
Amenities include: Completely remodeled level in and out open floor plan, original artwork, mountain views, stainless steel professional kitchen, stone, ceramic and glass mosaic tiled bathrooms, finished concrete countertops, HDTV, wireless internet, gas grill, fountain, garage. Walk to miles of hiking trails, Moorten Botanical Garden and the Indian Canyons. 2 bicycles.
For golf enthusiasts...: Just 5 minutes away from many fabulous golf courses including Indian Canyons Golf Club, Canyon Estates Golf Club, Mesquite Country Club and Tahquitz Creek Colf Course. 10 minutes away in Cathedral City are Cimmaron Golf Club and Cathedral Canyon Country Club. Within 30 mintes are country clubs in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.
Pool heat is totally optional and only needed for the colder months (typically mid-October through mid-May). Hot tub heat is included in the house. Please be respectful of the city noise ordinance to ensure there are no noise reports as the guest must pay any fine given if so.
