THE SPACE:
Overlooking the bright turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean's shoreline, make your way into our two en suite bedroom condo with an open living area and large bathrooms ensuring privacy and space are in perfect balance. Montemar features a large central pool overlooking Cabo San Lucas and all amenities are within easy reach. Enjoy your breakfast overlooking the ocean from the spacious balcony and toast your love while watching the sunset and sipping your cocktails by the pool. There is no better balm for the soul than a tropical paradise!
THE AREA:
The strategic location of Montemar allows you to enjoy not only Los Cabos, but also its surroundings. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. PARKING:
There is free parking available at the hotel.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
The property has ongoing renovation on the 3rd floor, and noise and a little dust in the corridor are expected from 8am to 5pm.
