LIVING: This home has a Great Room concept with large open space and open kitchen bar area. The living area features a large "L" shaped leather sofa with reclining chairs that is situated to view a large screen Smart-TV, fireplace and views out the back patio of the beautiful red rocks. The floors are Wild Noche travertine and the ceiling is vaulted. The living area has access to the air conditioned Arizona room and back patio.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is appointed with upgraded appliances and includes granite countertops. The "very large" peninsula island faces the main great room and has a sit up bar area. This open kitchen is designed for entertainment where all can be included. All utensils, pots, pans, etc. are provided. The bar area of the kitchen peninsula seats 3 and an additional dining table seats 6. There is also a wine cooler under bar counter.
BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms which are all appointed with new beds, furniture and bedding. The Master suite has a king size bed, a Smart-TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet. This room also has access to the air conditioned "Arizona room" which gains access to the private back patio. The additional two rooms have one queen bed and a full bed and are appointed with new furniture and bedding. They each have close access to the full bathroom. All rooms have upgraded window blinds.
BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms in this home. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom appointed with travertine walk-in shower, floors and a private toilet room. The sink area is granite and a walk-in closet is in the bathroom. The second bathroom is near both extra bedrooms. It has a full bathtub, travertine floor and a sink counter of granite. Hair blowers are available in both bathrooms.
BONUS/ARIZONA ROOM: Adjacent to the living "great room" is a large enclosed and air conditioned day porch. This room is tiled and has a Smart-TV along with a futon and recliner. This is a great room for the "guys" or the "girls" to get away and watch a favorite show. This room opens to the private back patio.
Patios: There is a "gated" entry courtyard patio to the front door. There is a large solid surface and treed back patio which is accessible from the great room and master bedroom via Arizona room. The back patio has great views, is private with new patio table and chairs (for 6) as well as a gas barbecue grill. This patio is great for stargazing & entertaining.
OTHER: Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron available for use. The driveway has stone pavers and is horseshoe shaped. It will hold at least 3 vehicles. There is no parking on the road (which is Chapel Road). The garage is currently unavailable and is set aside for personal property and cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is very safe and there is a security camera in the outdoor entry area. You can walk to the Chapel area in 5 minutes. This home is perfect for a family up to 6 or couples gathering for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation surrounded by natural beauty and access to all Sedona has to offer.
