All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps).
Over 750 square feet, this home, can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and bath have beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities and is equipped with blender, coffee maker and microwave. Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, cable with HBO and ESPN channels, linens/bath towels, and a washer/dryer are all available in the Condo for your convenience.
Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.
Water activities include Schlitterbahn beach water park, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba diving, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties/pier/surf and fly fishing are all available. Birding and nature center, and sea turtle, Inc are right across the street from the Tiki, while beach horseback riding are also popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30-minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. For golfers, golf is available at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.
