THE LOWER LEVEL

The kitchen, the dining area and the living room are located in a huge open space where large sliding windows lead to a generous terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, perfect for a cocktail, a quiet evening with family and friends or to celebrate any special occasion. With numerous sun loungers, the terrace is ideal for enjoying free time during the day.

The living room is enriched with comfortable sofas made with very soft fabrics and cozy corners for reading, watching T.V. and relaxing. A large wooden cabinet filled with books and pre-hispanic crafts make this room the ideal for reading a good book or for movie nights while beautiful plants will be seen through a 6 square meter window giving the feeling of being in the middle of the garden and in absolute tranquility.

The dining area features a large wood table with comfortable seating for 10 overlooking the bright and full equipped kitchen. A central island covered in the finest and most elegant quartz along with 6 high stools welcome you to a space where you can carry out countless activities such as participating in private cooking classes, private chef, having a fantastic breakfast or enjoying a delicious aperitif.

Along the hallway is a beautifully furnished suite with a king size bed which also features a wooden closet that leads to a tastefully decorated bathroom with a large shower. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace, gardens and pool through sliding glass doors and from where you can capture the most pleasant panorama.

THE HIGHER LEVEL

The four private bedrooms located on the upper floor flow through glass sliding doors onto beautiful balconies that surround the property and offer a wonderful panorama of the majestic pool and gardens.

A master bedroom is exquisitely furnished with a mahogany king size bed. A carved wardrobe gives way to a bright en-suite bathroom and a beautiful shower room. The suite also faces a private balcony overlooking the pool and a cozy corner ideal for relaxing, having a small cocktail or coffee while enjoying beautiful views of the rear garden, romantically lit at night.

There are also two cozy double bedrooms with two single mahogany wood beds which can be joined together to create a king size bed or left separately as two single bedded rooms. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with incredible skylights over the showers suggesting wonderful lighting whether during the day or during full moon nights.

There is another beautifully furnished master suite with a Tzalam wood king size bed located at the end of the hallway. This room has an incredible balcony that occupies the entire corner and offers a panoramic view of the entire villa with its garden and pool. Its en-suite bathroom is finely decorated with beautiful and sparkling ceramics.

GARDENED AREA

Villa Chenxen's majestic garden is perhaps one of the most magical in all of Tulum and can be accessed from the entire house.

The beautiful private pool of 80 square meters is immersed in the middle of this charming garden and is surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers, yoga areas, a bar, an outdoor dining space and a barbecue area perfectly defined and hidden among trees and plants. The pool also features a beautiful waterfall, a huge jacuzzi, and a swim-up bar area. At night, the pool lighting along with a combination of solar torches and handmade hanging lamps provide the most relaxing and romantic atmosphere for the entire house.
