This beautiful beachfront 2bd/2ba home offers multiple areas to relax quietly in your own private space or to hang out in comfort with your friends and family in the spacious living room and pool/deck area. Both of the bedrooms have air conditioning and a beautiful private bathroom. The rest of the house has an open air floor plan with ceiling fans in every room and good air circulation. The large, comfortable living room has a full size day bed for relaxing and napping, a large couch and a large dining table so it's easy for friends and family to be together while playing in the pool, hanging out on the deck, reading, eating or whatever your vacation calls for. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, linens, private carport and private pool. It is located on a small beach cove. There are a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance along with options for yoga, surf instruction, bike rentals, ocean kayaking, birding, etc. in and around central Troncones and Majahua. Fishing boats can be hired in Majahua, an easy 3-5 minute walk from the house. Horses can come pick you up at the house and guide you through local villages, along the beach, into the coconut farms and to La Boca. It's a fun sunset activity.
There are two nearby surf breaks in addition to even more breaks a short drive away.
There is another house on the property, Alma de Mar. There is no full time staff living on the property. The maintenance staff comes every other day (except Sunday) to tend to the property and to clean the house and pool. Please note that the housekeeping is their job and there is no fee for housekeeping to you. And though they are happy to help you make special arrangements, that is extra work for them and they will appreciate a tip for anything "extra" they do. They also appreciate it when guests tip them at the end of their stay or if you ask for help making arrangements for bikes, boats, horses etc.
Internet is available and mostly reliable but can sometimes be intermittent so you must be prepared to disconnect, even if only for short periods at a time.
