The house is situated on the hillside above the main Yelapa Pier and requires about a 10-minute walk over cobblestone paths and up many steps, so requires some physical effort. Isabel Beach, a small, relatively secluded beach, is about a 10-minute walk on the trail towards the point, and the main, commercial Yelapa Beach requires about a 20-minute trek through town. Local ATV Taxi Service can be hired for traveling to the main beach or Yelapa Waterfall. The house is equipped with most amenities, including filtered water, range & oven, and an ample supply of cooking and dining utensils, along with a large refrigerator.
