Escape to the cool pines of Prescott to our beautifully remodeled 3 bdrm, 3 ½ bath, Air Conditioned home. Situated just 3 miles from downtown, this house is perfect for families and friends. It has 3 levels of living space, 2 separate family rooms & plenty to do. Enjoy swimming, hiking, tennis, & new gated kid's park. Privacy is not an issue with 3 decks, each bedroom has its own access to its own deck where you can sit amongst the trees to relax, read a book, or watch the wildlife below that may follow the seasonal stream flowing through the back yard.. The outdoor pool closes Sept 26 and re-opens May 31. Indoor pool is open all year unless having maintenance performed.
Policy on early access or late checkout. We need the time between guests to prepare the home for our next visitor. On some occasions we can expedite the cleaning process but we charge $20 per hr to accommodate this. Examples: If you need access 2 hrs early it would be $40.
