Summary: The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients. The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality. Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.
