Summary: This is a privately owned apartment in a development that is finishing being built. So things may not work and that’s likely because it’s not fully ready. For instance I had a lot of luggage as I just finished leading a retreat and the property doesn’t have elevators, luckily a property security guard carried my bags up and down for me. In the unit, the back door to the jacuzzi doesn’t open so you can’t use the jacuzzi, the lights in the apartment in the ceiling fan won’t turn off so you have to sleep with the lights on, the blanket wasn’t warm enough and it took 6 hours for me to get checked because you need the owner of the unit to give you the unit number. The not being able to check in led me to having a panic attack as I was worried I’d have no where to sleep. I think I was the first guest here, and I believe this will improve over time. The property where the apartment is in is gorgeous and it has a lovely gym and rooftop pool, it’s walkable or bikable to the gym, but I opted for an ATV. I recommend this place when the construction is done and when the unit owners communicate more so you don’t feel like you’re being scammed.
