High-quality bedding, bath, and beach towels are provided.
The space
3 bedrooms, 1 Studio/TV room ( 55" Smart full HD with Apple TV and a comfortable double leather recliner sofa ), 3 full bathrooms, living room. It also has a terrace (Great for a nice breakfast) and air conditioning in all rooms.
It is a spacious space in a modern style, elegant decoration and everything you need to enjoy, the common areas are integrated into the Puerto Vallarta beach environment with its swimming pool, pergola, lounge area, barbecue and picnic tables
The area is an ideal family holiday location, quiet and peaceful, but with all the amenities like beautiful beaches, restaurants and malls within a few minutes drive.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
There is fast wifi throughout plus SmartTV´s and Apple TV with Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV.
We also provide a travel cot and high chair for guests with kids and there are some toys in the toy box.
Beach kit with towels, Beach bag, Beach umbrella, and cooler is available for your use.

Long-term rentals (more than 15 days) electricity charge will be applied at the cost but don't worry we have solar panels.
