Summary: Studio was a comfortable stay. New to the area, & was not aware of location until we arrived. We have a son in the area who was worried for our safety, but we didn’t experience any troubles. Reason for his concern: Homeless activity was much more of a concern a few months back, but several businesses closed down & area has seen a shift in some of the homeless population. Fencing on property made us feel more private as well. Would have rated accommodations higher had the bathroom window had a covering of some kind & parking area a little more updated & defined. The studio was very well laid out & tastefully decorated. Recommend more towels for a 5 day stay. The full time occupants on upper level were pretty noisy as they moved about. Quieted about midnight. Started about 7:30a.m. Host was very responsive with our check-in when we were confused on how to enter the studio. Not her fault -I never received specific information prior to check in due to making arrangements through a third party booking group. We were a little inconvenienced Saturday & Sunday - as the property apparently is up for sale & a potential buyer wanted to look at property while we were booked. I was asked about our departure timing on Saturday so we made sure the space was organized & our items stored away- found out through the kind lady in the house in the front of the property that it was reset for Sunday. So once again made sure it was tidy & things were organized & stored away. Overall good stay.
