We are located on a privately gated hilltop property just minutes from the heart of Sonoita and Southern AZ’s growing wine country. Sonoita has a unique micro-climate that keeps this area 10 to 20 degrees cooler than nearby Tucson or Phoenix. Hike or bike on National Forest Land, book a wine tasting tour or engage in other amazing activities close by. Additional attractions include two lakes with boating and fishing, shops, restaurants, horseback riding, and an abundance of birding and wildlife viewing areas. You may plan day trips to Kartchner Caverns State Park, Tombstone, Bisbee, Patagonia, or Tubac. Our Guestbook can provide further details.
Our cozy casita is located beyond the main house and near the organic garden. The porch provides ample outdoor seating with incredible unobstructed views of the surrounding area. Comfortable living room furniture with plenty of snuggly throws available to relax indoors. We provide a fully appointed kitchen and outdoor gas BBQ so you can either prepare your own meals or partake of the local fare.
The stars at night are amazing and this is one of the top night skies viewing areas! Our property beckons you to relax and read a book or plan an adventure to the many nearby attractions. With so many wineries, breweries and outdoor adventures available to you it may be hard to choose relaxation or action! You may glimpse deer, hummingbirds, migrating birds, roadrunners, longhorn cattle, pronghorn antelope or javelina. Sometime during your stay, plan to be greeted by our resident pet dogs, Lili, K2 and Anja.
