Our place is close to the beach, restaurants, dining, and nightlife in the Village, two malls, Legoland, and major freeways. You’ll love our place because of the ocean peak view, new construction, beach cottage design, and the neighborhood. Use the pool (unheated) from dawn to dusk. Features include onyx counter tops with under-lighting, farmhouse sink, industrial spray kitchen faucet, stainless appliances, tankless water heater, open concept kitchen and living room , 15 ft vaulted ceiling, and 256 sqft deck west facing for sunsets with a panoramic peak of the ocean view.
