We call the house Casa Corbeteña after a rock outcrop in the Pacific famous for fabulous fishing. Brand new and professionally decorated, the condo has a private heated infinity pool on its large covered terrace from which one can see the beautiful Riviera Nayarit sunsets. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and any and all appliances you might require. Casa Corbeteña guests will enjoy the Premier Golf Membership offering play on both of the two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, professional tennis and pickle courts, full fitness center and access to all of the 5 private beach clubs within the Punta Mita gates. Go for a beautiful morning walk or bike ride on the miles of paved trails throughout the property or jump in the included, new, 6 person golf cart and head to the beach for surfing, sailing, paddle boarding, snorkeling or just lounging. *Premier Membership Access: Punta Mita now requires individual resort access cards for guests using the amenities. The per stay fee (set and collected by the resort) is $66.70 per adult (13+), $40 per child (5-12) and complimentary for children under 5. This provides full access to the golf courses, beach clubs, fitness center and all facilities during your stay.*
All bedrooms have a private en suite bath with lounging tub, walk in shower and private toilet. The two primary suites have king beds and the secondary suite has two queen beds with full sized trundle beds under each. All suites have their own terrace with amazing views. The open concept condo includes a large living room/dining room kitchen/bar combination with an 84 inch smart TV for football days or movie nights. The living/dining kitchen area opens out to the terrace with huge pocket glass doors that, when open, unify the whole space. The terrace has dining for 6 and a lounge area with a large couch and two comfy chairs. Each primary terrace has its own chaise lounge and chair.
