This two-level home has been fully renovated with the modern traveler in mind. You won't find a better place in the city for your trip for your small group. The condo can host up to 5 guests comfortably with a large living and dining space. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
Our property is located in Los Arcangeles community which is a short walk down to La Parroquia. The amenities include gated 24-hour security, a community heated pool and hot tub.

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils

The Bathrooms include:
• Blow dryer, three sizes of towels, and full range of toiletries offered
• Very comfortable toilets!
Everything else:
• Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee Monday through Saturday upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours' notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in the property. We cannot host guests arriving with pets. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee.
We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
The jacuzzi is not available on Mondays as it goes through weekly maintenance. In order to use the jacuzzi, we need a 24-hour notice to request to start it. The jacuzzi heats but does not generate bubbles.
The community has stairs that guests need to use in order to go to the house and move within the community.
It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot, this prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel as we are in one of the most exclusive areas in town with easy access to everything the city has to offer. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. There are also taxis and Ubers available at reasonable prices.
