Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
HOLT's Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
Construction notice: Please note that there is currently construction in the vicinity that may result in occasional noise during regular business hours on weekdays. If you experience any disturbance due to the construction, please feel free to notify us, and we will promptly inform the neighbors and the construction workers. We appreciate your understanding. The construction work is scheduled to finish in August 2024.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

For those with cars, there is a paid parking lot right across the property, making moving around easy in case you are moving outside Centro.
