Summary: Communication with Corinne was excellent! Check-in was a breeze when we arrived & all the staff were welcoming, but if it’s a busy day, be prepared to wait in a bit of a line. This is a gated complex & the security was very good.The condo was pretty much exactly as-pictured, it’s a very livable & private space, with a gorgeous view off the deck, & it has almost everything you could possibly need (just no hand soap in the bathroom). The two A/C units, plus all the appliances that we used, worked perfectly, & the washer/dryer combo was awesome (after a bit of online research on how to operate it).The bathroom is tiny, but everything worked well. The condo has a hot water boiler so running out of hot water wasn’t an issue, however there was an egg-like odor from the hot water, which dissipated after a couple showers, never to come back again during our 6 night stay.The two main pools were squeaky clean; they were meticulously cleaned each morning for several hours. The pool chairs/loungers did get very busy towards lunch time, & there were a lot of families with kids. The restaurant beside the pool was simple & good food with delicious Margaritas. The palapas on the beach were a really nice reprieve from the busy pool area (we brought beach chairs & towels down from the condo).One downside for us was that the mattress was extremely firm, good quality, but so very firm…a soft mattress topper could be a good solution. Otherwise a really great stay!
