Our PRIVATE Villa La Estancia Villa 2502 is a dead centered 5th floor condo above the lobby building with an unobstructed direct ocean view from every room. You are not looking into other villa, and they are not seeing into ours.

UPDATE Mar 2015 - We have set up NETFLIX for guest use in the Living Room. This will be Mexico listings, but most programs are available.
UPDATE Sept 2014 - We installed an interior door from the living room to the 2nd bedroom - VERY IMPORTANT if you have small children needing the second bedroom for sleeping. Original construction was a Lockoff configuration, meaning you needed to use the balcony to move around. We are one of only a couple of the 2 bedroom condos at Villa La Estancia with this updated feature.
THIS IS NOT A LARGE HOTEL SUITE. You are treating yourself to our 5 Star quality, 2,100 sf villa with fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, in suite laundry room, huge balcony, large master bedroom and large second bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath.
