The development is a 10-minute drive from the famous Medano Beach and downtown, far enough from the noise and activity of downtown to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy its amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and the gym from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
